As I think on some of the things that have happened in the first week of this new year, I can’t help but wonder where the world is on God’s prophetic calendar.

Just this week, there were earthquakes in various places (actually all over the world) as written in the bible.  The bible also forecasts wars and rumors of wars in Matthew 24:6-8. Although I don’t understand everything God is doing, I know the Lord is still in control, and that the Lord has continued to be merciful.

Despite all these world events, the Lord does not want His people to be alarmed or discouraged in these uncertain times. Remember, not to forget, the Prince of Peace.
